Case Study – Luxury High End Home Suburb – Bicton
GHCA have completed a Ground Source Heat pump installation in the Perth Suburbof Bicton for The National Building Group Northerly Group, the project makes a great case study
The House is a Beautiful home integrating new technologies, the house is a luxury high end home approx $5 million value with ocean, river and golf course views
The system needed to be designed to incorporate an underfloor heating system on 4 Separate levels with each room individually controlled; with over 3 kilometres of underfloor heating pipe installed within the concrete slab
Cooperating GHCAs hydro geologist and drilling contractor it was established that there were the perfect conditions for an open loop system
There were two bores installed a production and a re-injection well
The system has a reversible heat pump so that chilled water can be sent through the slab cooling the slab down with Hydronic Cooling
GHCA’s sister company Perth Environmental Plumbing also completed the plumbing and Gas services on the house
The Client is extremely happy and the system has been designed and is enjoying the luxury of underfloor heating
